STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always available to order, occasionally some items may  be temporarily out of stock and will be despatched  as soon as they are back in  stock.

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case the product will list as Out of Stock.

Some products may be listed as Display only and can not be purchased. These items are up and coming additions to our suppliers range.

If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at enquiries@bibz-n-bobz.co.uk with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS

The majority of items shipped to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (to keep postage costs to a minimum) and we always obtain a `Proof of Postage` should any loss or damage occur. Should you require an alternative/quicker method of shipping please request as we will be more than happy to assist.

We try and ensure that all in stock items are despatched within 48 hours but customers in the UK should allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us.
Customers outside the UK should allow at least 28 days for delivery.

On orders containing multiple items, and to keep shipping costs down, all items will be shipped together if at all possible. This may cause a delay to orders where a certain item is on back-order.

We currently accept online payments via Paypal.  We also accept postal orders and cheques. Please note that payment via cheque will have to clear in our bank account before bought item can be despatched.

How do we protect the Buyers Data? - The Paypal and Bibz`n`Bobz.co.uk software sits behind a corporate firewall. Access to this machine is strictly controlled, preventing unauthorised access to your personal data.


Is the transaction Real-Time? - All Paypal transactions are completed in real-time. After you have confirmed your purchase, we make an immediate connection to our bank to verify the card and amount, so that authorization is given before we complete the order.

Do I have any Legal Protection? - You are protected by the normal laws of England, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43)

ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ORDERING/PAYMENT

As well as online secure ordering/payments we can also accept the following:

1. If you would like to place an order or pay by personal cheque,  please ring us to place order and we will advise you of payment details.

Goods will only be despatched after clearance of funds.

*With all orders please ensure full contact details ie email address, phone number and address are included.

GUARANTEE/RETURNS

All products are thoroughly checked against defects prior to despatch.

If you are unhappy with any item purchased then please return it within 10 days of purchase to obtain a complete refund.

Items which are not faulty but are being returned due to `change of mind` can be returned ONLY if in original unopened condition. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply due to charges imposed by Paypal.

Items which have been opened `worn or used` ie clothing or toys will not be accepted for return and/or refund.

Items must be returned by registered post and in their original condition and packaging.

Bibz`n`Bobz.co.uk are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item purchased is defective.

Proof of purchase is also required.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Due to charges imposed by PayPal, all cancelled orders, of which payment has already been cleared, whether despatched or not, will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
